Like I said, I still love FF as a lifestreaming service. I just can't allow myself to get sucked back into the community. I don't like it when people use Twitter as nothing more than an echo chamber announcing their blog posts, so I don't think I'll be doing that. And thanks for your support, guys. I'm the kind that has been subscribing to sites left and right based on one post I read and I tend to never read half of them. though I do only subscribe to about 120 it still takes time. Also twitter and friendfeed have fallen into perspective. I have hardly been active on either and haven' felt a pain yet I also applaud you. Not sure I agree with it - perhaps there is a happy medium? Both FriendFeed and Twitter are time sucks, that's a given... But both services are great for bringing attention to your own creativity. Did you leave Twitter and FriendFeed hooked up and announcing your blog posts? Are you still announcing interesting things you're doing in real-time (but not monitoring)? I applaud the move.
